Site and Assessment-Request Terms

This site describes a fit-review and paid assessment concept. It does not offer self-serve implementation, production operation, autonomous messaging, or guaranteed business results.
No contract through the form
Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, authorize system access, or obligate either party. A paid assessment begins only after both parties sign a written agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, price, data boundary, responsibilities, and applicable terms.
Acceptable submissions
Submit only truthful, high-level business information you are authorized to share. Do not submit customer records, credentials, protected health information, payment data, illegal content, confidential attachments, or regulated/sensitive case details.
Current exclusions
The current assessment lane excludes healthcare, legal, financial, insurance, HR, security-incident, privacy-rights, emergency-dispatch, safety-critical, and other regulated or sensitive workflows.
No warranties
Site materials and preliminary fit feedback are provided for evaluation and may change. Catalyst does not promise revenue lift, production readiness, legal or regulatory compliance, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a specific workflow.
