Scope
This notice covers the Catalyst Workflow Profit Assessment fit-review form and related business correspondence. The form is for high-level business-contact and workflow-fit information only.
Information collected
We collect the name, work email, business name and website, broad revenue and engagement ranges, a high-level workflow description, and product names you choose to provide. Do not provide customer records, credentials, health information, payment data, government identifiers, confidential attachments, or other sensitive material.
Use and service providers
We use the information to evaluate fit, respond to the request, prevent abuse, and maintain basic business records. Form notifications are routed through Resend. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical logs required to operate and secure the site.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell fit-review information. We disclose it only to service providers supporting this request, when required by law, or with your direction.
Retention and requests
We retain fit-review information only as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, continue an active business discussion, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email friday@catalystoutbound.com.
No customer-system processing
Submitting this form does not authorize Catalyst to access an inbox, CRM, production system, customer record, or credential. Any later assessment involving records requires a separate written agreement and approved data boundary.
